When I saw this I had to have one. It is wonderful. Although it is supportive, it is also so soft and comfortable and easy to conform for perfection. I like it more without a pillow case. I wash it every several weeks on the gentle cycle in cold water with a little bleach and dry it in the dryer. I then let it dry another 24 hours by itself and then place it back in the dryer and it comes out perfect. My neck had been hurting from the new pillows I had purchased that were soft but lofty. Replacing it with this has resolved my neck pain. I will purchase another one when money allows and they are on sale. I am so glad I found this. I sleep so much better too. ... show more

    • Finally found THE pillow

Obviously pillows are a very personal preference. I have been searching for a few years now (off and on) for a replacement for my favorite sleeping pillow which was way too old and had gotten a hole which I attempted to repair but it had lost some filling and it was just never the same. I generally sleep on my side and occasionally on my stomach. I prefer a relatively squishy pillow but at the same time don't like a totally flat pillow. This pillow is perfect for me so far. I ordered a 2nd one to save for when this one is on the way out. This has some fluff too it but not too much and is soft enough to squish up however I want it. You wouldn't think it would be that hard to find but I have purchased at least 6 other pillows prior to this one and they were never quite right. I have spent so much money on pillows to find the right one. I have had two neck surgeries and in need of another surgery. I switch out my pillows depending on how my neck is feeling. Since I’ve bought this pillow I have yet to wake up from neck pain. I have never ordered a pillow online because I need to “feel” them. Reading the reviews wanted me to at least try it. Especially because it’s not super expensive like the pillows I’ve bought in the past. I have been sleeping with this pillow for a month now. I have found the perfect pillow!! It’s not too soft and not too hard. It fluffs back up and doesn’t go flat while your are using it. I highly recommend especially if you have any neck and back pain. This pillow is awful for sleeping directly on. I like lower pillows for side sleeping but I feel like it doesn’t give enough support and it sinks way too much to where you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on a pillow. I was going to return it BUT i found that this is the BEST pillow for putting between your legs when side sleeping. It is so soft and the sinking feeling is so comfortable for your legs and better than any type of body pillow.     • Pillow #1: I'm Still Trying To Get The Odor Out! Pillow #2: FABULOUS!

On March 17, 2023, I ordered gray pillow #1 and was so excited at the reviews, that I decided to order gray pillow #2 before pillow #1 arrived. When pillow #1 finally arrived 3 days ago, I smelled a slight odor which I figured would only need a 24 hr airing-out time. Wrong. It's hard to describe the somewhat unpleasant odor but I knew it was not useable until I got rid of that odor, which though slight, actually spread to part of the room after a minute. So I decided to wash it in a brand name wash deodorizer and follow that up with several matching scented dryer sheets. The positive feature is that the pillow maintained its billowy soft appearance during that entire process. On the negative side, the smell is still there, but less so and I can no longer smell that odor in nearby room air. Today I'm airing it out again and may repeat the washing process....Yesterday I tried to cancel the gray pillow #2 order but was told it was about to ship and could not be canceled. (?) This morning it apparently shipped. Many reviewers here stated their pillows had NO odor, so I can hope that pillow #2 will arrive without any odor. Fingers crossed. Update April 13, 2023: Pillow #2 arrived today and had no odor whatsoever. I'm still having a bit of an odor from pillow #1. I'm thinking of exchanging pillow #1 for another identical pillow but one without any odor. From the reviews I see that most people are very satisfied with this type of pillow and other than the problem I had, I'd say it is of excellent quality in every other respect. My #2 gray pillow is the pillow I can now call a "dream pillow." So I changed my stars rating from few to 4, with the caveat that if you are one of the few who get a pillow with an odd odor, consider an exchange or return option. April 28, 2023 FINAL UPDATE: I DID decide to exchange that first "smelly" pillow which continued to have its odor despite another washing & fabric deordorant. As much as I try to teach myself not to sleep on my stomach its not working ,therefore I need something that is comfortable and not too bulky. This pillow delivers what I am after and was a pleasant surprise on comfort. I have been using it as it was delivered, without adding a pillow case. With that being said, it can be slightly loud when rustling around at night without a case on it. Personally i think many of the pillow cases restrict a pillow and cause them to uncomfortable where normally they would be nice to use. ... show more
