The assembly was the only complaint I had. Instructions had no words and deciphering which screw was which type since none of the screws were labeled with the letter they were supposed to be was not fun. There was also the word "screw" on almost every step in the instructions, like "screw" for the wheels of the bottom of the chair which dont even have screws! they push right in to the joints. Perhaps if you've built a lot of chairs this would have been easy, but for my first fully adjustable chair build, this was not. However, I have been using the chair for about a month now and the comfort is very great. I am a large woman with a wide rear and the seat is plenty of space for me to sit and is soft and comfortable. I use it for hours a day gaming and working from home. The lower lumbar is a bit too low for me (I am very short, and my butt gets in the way of the lubar). The headrest is full adjustable though and I can fit it right to my height and is perfect. The media could not be loaded. I just got a mesh office chair, and I have to admit that it has dramatically changed how I sit. Compared to other chairs I've owned, this one has shown to be a lot more comfy and useful. You can see why I like this chair since my reviews are short and straightforward. - Comfort, I say comfort because, at least for me (6'1' 180 pounds), the chair's cushion provides the ideal level of support. - Breathability, even spending lengthy periods of time seated, my back doesn't get hot. It is a pleasure to sit on since the seat cushion provides the ideal amount of support without sacrificing softness. - Easy assembly; it only took me 15 to 20 minutes. - Excellent wheels enhance the chair's appearance. It offers superb stability and easy mobility. Furthermore, it doesn't emit odd plastic noises. - Removable Cover, which you can take off and wash or replace, makes maintenance and cleaning a snap. Additionally, I enjoy this cover since I dislike sitting in my outdoor clothing when I am at home. If I do, I simply remove the cover, wash it, and it is back to normal within a few hours. - Additional: The chair's adjustable headrest, armrests, and lumbar support let me tailor it to my own needs and preferences. I work from home, and I go to school I need a chair that supports my back. The support for my back isn’t as supportive as described still has a space where I need the support on my lower back. This chair is made well and sturdy. The two con’s I have is that the seat cushions feels like they stuffed hay into it, after 2 to 3 hours I start to feel lower back pain & my butt hurts, no support or quality of seat cushion. I’m buying a low seat cushion for this issue. If you buy this I would also recommend a seat cushion that is LOW, if you get a high cushion one it will block the lower back supports on the chair and raise you too high. At this point after 2 weeks of using it, having to buy support for my back and seat cushion it makes me question why I’ve spent over $200 dollars to add all this stuff to make it work. Most likely returning, for a chair that supports my needs. Also the reclining part of the chair you will literally have to push your body back with force. Extremely comfortable. Love that the arms swing out for when they are not needed or get in the way. Only negative is the instructions. While pictures are nice, words would be a big help. All in all, very pleased with the chair and it adds the finishing touch to my Queendom aka my office. This is my fourth chair in 2 years and I think I finally found a winner. I've only had it 2 weeks but sitting in a chair 9+ hrs/day I have experienced leg pain, butt pain, lower back pain or a combo of by the end of week one and I have had none of those issues with this chair. There is more assembly than most others but it's very easy to put together. I didn't attach the neck support, I'm 5'5" and even at the lowest setting it was too high but I prefer it without anyway.
