The latch bolt can be held back temporarily using simple snib button, in case you need to leave the door open whilst bringing in the shopping.For additional security the internal handle can be locked with a key, which is ideal for use with wooden doors that have glazed window panels where an intruder might be able to smash the glass to try and release the handle from the outside.Anti-card slip protection is included on this model to prevent your lock from being vulnerable to this specialist attack method. Other locks that might look similar can sometimes be easily defeated with only a credit card sized piece of plastic.The external rim cylinder is a high security TS007 one star specification with reinforced exterior plate for anti- drill protection.
