I am very happy with the trampoline and the kids are extremely happy. However the poles keep breaking or bending. We replaced one already but we currently have another broken and one is bending. Kids can't use the trampoline until we find a solution for the pole issues.

Easy to assemble, terrible on construction design on safety net/poles. Bolts have stripped multiple times and not sturdy enough to sustain wind with basketball net mounted to pole. Had trouble reaching/maneuvering Messages, do waiting to hear back after picture submitted. Great jumping on it, and sturdy trampoline. Would not buy again because of safety fence quality, and I never write review. ... show more

Revised: The seller did finally reach out to me and corrected the issue. Sent me a new one to rectify the problem. They said they would include contact information in the future. It took a while overall, but they fixed it and didn’t require any effort on my part after that. I bought this trampoline based on the warranty. No warranty physically came with the trampoline and it’s nowhere to be found. Not even a phone number or email address of any kind. Need a replacement mat as it got a hole within 1 month. Seller does not respond and I can find no replacement mat to fit this trampoline. The 108 7” springs mat is no where to be found. A lot of money down the drain. ... show more
