Got this as my Nikkerdoodles' first birthday gift. She is a very aggressive chewer (including kitchen cabinets and furniture) She loves this chew, it's keeping her chompers occupied. I gave it to her 5 days ago and it seems to be holding up well...so far. The only thing I don't really care for is that the edges get very rough, from gnawing, and it gets stuck in her fuzzy blanket and gets fuzz stuck on the chewed areas which I get to remove using tweezers. This toy is very durable for strong chewers, my dog loves it. However.. the ad shows a very large dog with this toy looking larger than his head, in reality if that scale was correct it would be a daschound holding the toy, not a Rottweiler. I was expecting a much larger toy to keep my pup busy. That being said, it is as tough as described, I only took away one star because of the size discrepancy. ... show more

Every other "Aggressive Chewer" toy I have given to my dog (Pitbull) was destroyed within an hour. She has been chewing on this one non-stop for days and it barely shows. I will be ordering another one so she can have one outside as well. It does have an odor / taste that appeals to dogs.

These r perfect size even for big dogs so I don't worry about them choking. My dogs loved the first 1 so much I bought 6 more! I also sent the item to a bunch of friends and the rescue bcuz they r so awesome even for the big dogs and dedicated chewers!

I have two puppies and two older dogs, none of them want anything to do with both of them that I bought... But I can tell you it smells delicious and it's so durable if they ever do want to play and chew on it it's going to last a lifetime!

My pup loved this bone. It heavy and hard to chew. My pup really worked hard to try to break this one. It’s been 2 weeks and so far it’s still in tact. Toys usually last 2-3 days for him.
