Update 4/19/23-The seller reached out to me and offered a refund for the pillow, which was greatly appreciated! They do in fact stand by their product. I have continued to try to use the pillow, as I need a supportive pillow for my neck, but this one sadly just doesn't work for me. I am glad that it has been helpful to so many other customers! The reviews for this pillow were great, so I decided to give it a try. I did give it the recommended 2-weeks, and I was waking up with neck pain. I go to sleep on my side but wake up on my back. This pillow has 1 side for each, and I tried both. I contacted customer service, and they seemed uninterested in a return. They offered and I accepted the "insert", which isn't an insert at all, rather a piece of foam to set under the pillow to make it taller. The seller was responsive, but very hesitant to refund as I requested. Then they offered a percentage of the cost as a refund. I've never heard of such a thing. Part of the reason I selected this pillow was the "100-night sleep trial" but that appears to be false. In the description, it says, "If you do not enjoy the product, just contact our customer service, no questions asked, you will get the solution at once!" This also is untrue. I did not enjoy the product though I tried, but no return/refund. Now I'm stuck with a pillow I can't use AND out 50 bucks. Proceed with caution. ... show more

If I wrote down the list of every pillow I have tried over the last decade alone, this would be a very long intro. However, I wish to forget all of those - and the money I spent on them, ouch! -because from the very first night using this pillow, I finally found exactly the level of comfort and the relaxation that I've needed for so long. The neck pain that I experienced each night gradually left and I was able to sleep more soundly than I had in all of those years searching. The pillow is so soft and yet conforms to the exact areas that your body needs as it drifts to slep. The support of your neck is just right and a huge selling point for me is that it continues to work whether I'm on my side or my back. Not all of the special pillows allow for varied sleeping positions despite the great claims they make. I made the mistake of letting my spouse feel the difference and now it somehow ends up on her side of the bed. While the love was more than I wanted to spend, I had to try something that would help me sleep while easing the neck pain and muscle tension. I took weeks of researching and reading on this specific pillow. I read all of the reviews so that I would have a full balanced perspective of the product. After having had my fill of the cycle of finding a certain pillow that had such great claims and then no matter the beginning of the use, ending in disappointment, I wanted to make certain that my final decision was going to be beneficial and do exactly as it claimed. I am happy to report that all my fears were unfounded. The pillow was exactly as described. It did not just what I wanted but continued to bring me more benefits than it claimed. I bought this pillow because I have been having neck and shoulder pain. Often times I would wake up and my neck and shoulders would feel their worst. I decided to research pillows for back and neck sleepers. This one had very good reviews so I decided to buy it since it was not a cheap pillow and really seemed like it would work. I have had it over a week now and it has made a difference. I have slept well and not had any pain or stiffness from the way that I slept. This pillow has really helped me. I was getting pretty poor sleep and waking up sore. I thought it was my mattress, although i'm sure it's part of the issue, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of figuring out how to return it. As a last resort I thought I'd give this pillow a try. I lost track up how many pillows I've bought over the years. Memory foam, bamboo, firm, fluffy, down, cotton, you name it, I've tried it. I will say, that after all the trial and errors and sore mornings, this pillow has honestly been a life changer. I recommend it to all our friends and even take it with me when traveling.     • Great pillow if you wake up with a stiff neck

Decided to splurge on an expensive pillow and it was a surprisingly good call. I have had a lot of problems the last couple years with my neck, typically it is the worst when I wake up. After switching to this pillow, I have had noticeably better sleep quality and I don't wake up with nearly as much soreness. I will say I'm not *crazy* about the case - its a weird texture. Also, the snap that holds the top to the bottom (in the middle of the pillow) has already worn out. It doesn't seem to really make a difference in the sleep quality, but a snap was a really bad design choice lol. ... show more
