It appears to be pretty heavy duty. My dogs grabbed it right away. I bought two since I have 2 aggressive dog chewers. They really seem to be enjoying chewing on them. This toy is sooo durable but it is heavy and or hard if you get it dropped on your foot it’s gonna hurt but if you have an aggressive chewer it’s more than worth the money and my 3 year old Doberman lovesss it. Now the smell that comes off this thing is gross and it will run onto the couch blankets ect and no I’m not sensitive to smells from dog toys normally but something about this toy that is just my perspective besides the smell awesome toy for the money ... show more

It’s not as comically big as the first picture makes it look. But it’s a good sized large bone. It’s a hard Nyla type of bone, and the dogs seem to enjoy chewing on it!

I bought this because my dog will destroy anything given to her so always trying to find a new toy that will last. I will say this will last for probably all of time, no chance a dog is going to destroy this item but I think that is the problem. The ends are extremely hard plastic, think cue balls and the middle part is just a shy under that as far as hardness. The problem with it being that durable is there is no value for a dog to want to chew it as you may as well be chewing steel. It can't be good for their teeth and my dog lost interest very quickly. ... show more

It is so tough that it has almost no appeal - my Doberman wants to chew things that actually will be chewed. So there it sits, still looks new. She does work on it some, and that seems to have very little effect on the thing. It does wash well.
