I'm using this with a City Cruiser 8.5 and it fits fine. Having the balance of the 3rd wheel makes the board go faster than rated. It's rated at 9mph, but I've clocked 12mph which is faster than (non-olympians) can run and fast enough to feel the wind in your face. But it's not all about the top speed, the acceleration is sweet. It lays pretty close to the board, so you'll want to avoid a hover board that may have a fixed carrying handle in the middle for example. There's a quirk or two depending on the board you use, like the city cruiser won't turn when at a sprinting speed (slow to normal speed then turn) If I only had the hoverboard, I would have been bored with it within a couple weeks and it'd be sitting. But this gets used by someone in the family daily and it's fun to let others try it because it's really safe. It came with a spare front wheel and attachment straps, which after a couple hundred hours of use I'll be ready for those. It's all quality materials and fits grown ups. ... show more

I have 2 boys 10 and 12 who each bought one of these and love them. It has given the hoverboard a whole new life and they use them so much more. My only complaint is that the straps that hold the seat onto the hoverboard snap quite easily, even with the protective rubber over it. Both of theirs broke on the first use and they strapped them on with zip ties which occasionally break too. Wish there were stronger straps! Otherwise, great! ... show more

I read the reviews of a lot of hover kart kits before settling on Yabbay. Many complained of cheap plastic seats easily breaking. The Yabbay model has a strong comfortable seat design that works well for both myself and my ten year old son. It was easy to assemble with the instructions but a link to quick tutorial video would probably help future purchasers. The kit included extra parts that is great if needed in the future but are confusing at first since assembly instructions are practically unnecessary if the extra didn't throw off intuition. The model of hoverboard is of coarse a huge factor but using ours this cart goes very fast. The faster, the harder to handle but I may be exceeding the 12mph speed restriction (hard to tell). Over all, a great ride and reasonably priced comparing. Note: The wheel showed signs of use on arrival but a short call to Amazon made things right. Also... I was offered a $3 Amazon gift card to provide an honest early review. Just being honest about that as well. Purchased for $68. ... show more

Almost good but the straps are horrible. One mistake or wrong movement the velcro straps rip off and can’t be used again. They give you replacement straps but you will go through a lot. The seat is good a bit flimsy but holds me fine 150lbs. If they could find a better solution to the straps would be a better product. ... show more

If you paid $200 for a hover board for your kids like I did only to watch it collect dust for a year, you NEED this! It hasn’t stopped being used since it was purchased, kids LOVE it and it’s much safer than standing on the damn thing!

My daughter loves this. As soon as she opened it i had to put it together. She wheeled around on her new kart until the hoverboard died, and as soon as the hoverboard was recharged she was back out on the kart. Assembly was very easy and adjusting the rubber mat to fit on the hoverboard was very simple. My wife and i both had to try it out and adjusting for our height and back to our daughters took seconds. I had concerns with all the different products out there but we are EXTREMELY happy with this purchase and would recommend this kart for anyone looking to purchase for their Hoverboard. Because this does allow the Hoverboard to reach its max speed for extended time we found her Hoverboard would overheat but this has nothing to do with the kart, just caution for potential users. ... show more

My son received a hover board for his birthday and wanted to order the cart with his extra money. When we received the cart it came packaged very neatly. My 14 year old son was able to take the items out of the box and follow the directions for assembly.. Within minutes he was zooming around on the cart. The hover board fits easily into the cart and the handles control forward and backward movement. My son is a very happy and excited 14 year old. Thank you for the easy to follow directions. The media could not be loaded. The front wheel assembly/bearing case failed on two separate units after one week's use. Contacted the company through Amazon a couple weeks ago and still have not heard back. When they were working, they were amazing. But after a week, the fun is done.
