I loved the product. The dryer was very warm it reminded me of a regular hair dryer at a hair salon. The dryer is really quite which is very convenient when your doing your hair at home and you don’t want to disturb your family. The head of the dryer was very easy to assemble. The only problem is that the head takes a little of time to adjust smoothly, because the product is new the screws are tight and take a little time to loose up so just keep in mind that when trying to adjust it’s a little tight. The value was worth it. The thickness of the dryer was not to overwhelming but just right for a head dryer. ... show more

Appearance wise there’s nothing wrong with it. I only was able to use it twice. Worked fine but abecause of how long it takes to warm up. When I went to use it a 3rd time, it didn’t come on. Received the blow dryer April 4th and here it is May 23rd and I’m SOL because the return policy is 30 days! How convenient😒 would give it zero stars cuz I feel like I took a Loss ... show more

    • Be careful lifting the front part of the dryer when exiting the hairdryer
The clips fell out right away that allow the front of the dryer to stay propped up when exiting the dryer. The dryer works well. I am very satisfied using it as an at home hairdryer.
