Sooo I made a chute or slide out of a paper plate and slid the plastic rocks into the channel and it worked! I almost screwed up the tiny last screw but figured out it's better to test it out by finger tip first, then begin threading it into the hole and basically starting it so after closing the glass it's wayyyy easier to complete the task. Whew! Wiping forehead LOL....it's very pretty, I rent a place so I got it for the ambiance not for the heat....heat is included in the rent .... I got the 36" version.....best 200 bucks I've seen in awhile! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Paid $301 with tax, great deal! I absolutely loved it, the installation was simple, the heater makes a noise when on but it doesn't bother me. Multiple colors to choose from, easy to change. So far so good. This is the first day we actually have it on because we had to accommodate the space for it.
