The media could not be loaded. I have weak ankles which give me shin splints when I run. I was recommended to try weights to help strengthen. These are very easy to use and adjustable with the Velcro strap. They’re secure on my leg when I wear them to walk and these are the 1lb weight so they add just enough weight. After a little while you don’t even feel them but they’re still working your leg. You can take some of the metal plates off to adjust weight if you want to but I did take one start off because it’s hate to get them back on over the flap the end of the strap. ... show more

Got these to help with hand tremors and it really helps to steady them out. They are sleek looking and not obnoxious like some other wrist weights. Theyre adjustable so your wrist can be any size, or you could put it on your ankles!

I like these weights, they're easy to strap on and go. I like being hands free while still actively lifting weights. These are a great dupe for balas and they work just as well as the balas do at a much better price point (I've got both and the differences are insignificant imo).
