The media could not be loaded. I just received my cat water fountain and they all 3 loved it I guess the light caught their attention. But let me tell you this is worth buying I will purchase another one I love it so much ! Runs good very easy to put together perfect size you can put it anywhere. The color I got matches my entire home which is that type of teal green I love it so much also is very quiet does not make any type of noise nothing at all almost like if is not there ! Don't buy any expensive one this product for the price function better then one that would be more money ! If u have more then 3 cats or more I would recommend 2 of them because you can put it in different spot around the house and it won't bother because they are perfect size and perfect amount of water for the cats also easy to wash so perfect I love it ! I love this product but there are a few cons. Overall it is a great water fountain easy to assemble, and the cats love it. The cons are you have to clean it more than what it recommends and I have some problems where the fountain would run water faster than normal and not drain fast enough causing it to leak every where. Be careful and make sure to clean all parts often. Mine got mold on the motor. Also make sure that the water level stays filled so you don’t risk burning your motor out. ... show more

Easy set up. Easy to refill. No sound of running water or the little water fall. The refill line is easy to see. I do not see a light when the water is low. But it is very clear to see through to tell when the water is low and needing refilled.

I'll start by saying I just ordered 2 more because I love it so much. One of my cats has struvite stone issues, which is due to elevated pH levels. Increasing water intake helps lower pH so I thought this might help entice her. It didn't (go figure). She don't care at all to use this. BUT ...... my other 3 cats use it all the time. It holds enough water for about 2 or 3 days worth. Since it stays moving it stays fresh that long at least. I don't have to worry so much about making sure they don't run out and it has filters to keep it fresher longer. It's super quiet and doesn't take up much space. It's easy to put together and easy to clean. I ordered 2 more so I can have water stations throughout the house, hopefully my problem kitty will drink more that way. These filters are generic, however they work perfectly for our 3.2 green dogness water fountain. Our Chihuahuas drink so much more water than they ever have. They empty the fountain daily! That means fresh water all day, every day! They an us hoomans are 100% thrilled with these filters!

I’ve had this product for about a week, when I unboxed it I thought it was pretty easy to put together…it wasn’t loud once I got it running, but I came home one day and it was super loud. I thought maybe it just needed unplugged and more water but it’s filled almost to the top with water and has been unplugged and plugged back in multiple times to try and help the sound. This is what I thought was going to be a good purchase for my kitty that turned into a loud obnoxious water fountain that sits on my floor. Definitely wanting to return. ... show more

EDITED: The seller replaced the fountain and has been very easy to communicate with. So far the new fountain is working just fine! This fountain worked fine for 32 days after we initially set it up (although it is much louder than out previous fountain). Unfortunately for us, the return period is 30 days.
