I got this for my wife to use in her classroom for some activities with her students. There's a major flaw with the device it's that it doesn't remember which ringtone you want to use. The device comes with two buttons--one for volume and the other for ringtones. When you press either button, it'll cycle through the different options you have. There's around 4-5 volume settings and around 4-5 ringtones. Unfortunately, the bell won't remember what ringtone you choose and when you go and click the clicker, it'll revert back to its default ring! Defintely a huge issue. SUPER easy install very cute and came in the weather proofing mount. I was worried the sound would be loud and unpleasant and I have a few family members that are noise sensitive but the sound is really nice it kinda reminds me of the door alarms that let you know the door has been opened. Gentle but loud enough to be heard throughout my 3 bedroom single level home. I’m very happy with this item you have no idea how happy actually lolzz we had an old door bell but it wasn’t reliable. I’d missed so many important packages and visitors before now! Also, I love the sign that came in the package.
