We ordered this so we could habe a second chime on the top level of our house. It was so easy to add on to our existing eufy doorbell system. Several different chines to choose from as well! Good price too .

    • I am unable to get it to connect. Zero documentation online. Nothing works.
Trying to get this to connect and can not figure it out. Instructions say to scan the QR code (or manually enter in the SN code) but a message pops up stating to follow instructions in the app instead.
