One thing I've noticed is a very soft chime happening at Midnight... Every Night.... I've checked our cameras and no one was near it at all. If you push the button, the ring tone is very loud.. but at Midnight, you hear a very low ring tone and that's it. Just annoying to be woke up from it and then trouble going back to sleep. Put this up at work when the old system went down. Easy to put on the outside walls and into the electrical outlets in the hallways. You can buy this set or another set which has multiple receiver/bells - which we did to make sure you could hear it from various workspaces. Some broke by 2.5 years. These are great doorbells! The range is really good for our place and the volume is quite loud at the highest volume. Installation was fairly easy, we had a bit of a time getting the door chime the way we wanted it. The key is to keep going through the ringers immediately after pressing the doorbell until you find the one you want. Otherwise, installation was a breeze and both doorbells have worked flawlessly. I’ll start off by saying that the price point for this doorbell doesn’t inspire confidence. That said, it seems to be pretty decent! Works from both ends of the house (I got two buttons and programmed different sounds for each door). I also take care of my older brother and I put one in my brothers room and I put one in my children’s room, and I am so glad I did this, if you’re wanting something to wake the kids up so you don’t have to go up and down up and down the stairs.
