I was able to fit my ring doorbell perfectly but had to use ALL of the extra padding to help it fit snug. It blends it well with my black door. Great for renters and adjusts very well. Screws are sturdy and do not damage your device or door. I would definitely be careful with the width of your door and causing damage over time. The big problem is that it has no threads on the stopper that attaches to the plunger. I've almost lost mine twice in a very short time period since buying it. I would have returned the unit but can't wait for the delay of searching for another unit with shipping time. Bracket with slots slips through the screws that hold it in place but it survives this if you are slow and careful in attaching it. The entire unit holding the camera is plastic.
