This wireless door bell seems to work perfectly. I installed the plug-in chime in my basement and the button is located a floor up and outside my back door. The signal between the button and receiver chime is strong. They claim the doorbell button is weatherproof and comes with a little hooded outside mounting plate but I found a clear plastic housing for the button on Amazon for 4.99 so I bought it to protect the button a bit more. ... show more
