This is the most horribly designed keyless lock I have ever encountered. Not only is the instruction book the size of a playing card but the images are incorrect much less the instructions are wrong in the order of procedure. The phone app isn't much better. There was suppose to be a reset button that is accessible from the outside, which no hole was drilled to access the reset, but if you take it apart, you will find it behind the body. This lock wasn't designed for anything smaller than a 4" thick door. Once the face recognition is uploaded then there isn't any other procedure that you can do such as the fingerprint, RFID cards or digit code. ... show more

The product is very useful , delivered in perfect condition, the product sound (Bell) is very good and hearable in all house, the video is very clear regarding the sound and the picture. Size is modern will match new modern doors, i choose the navy color is very elegant. i recommend it.

This smartlock is very well made with quality materials and features. I unfortunately had to return it, because of the fitment to my existing door would have required a lot of cutting and we just couldn't take the risk. I would love to see the lock in a standard cylinder deadbolt. I would by it in a second!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. There are 2 cables that did not come in with the electric smart lock, i want a full refund for this! it won't work without the cables. We already made a hole in our door, it is pricey and it won't work. This product is a scam.
