Was unable to figure out a good way to put curtains up in the kitchen window as the entire way is subway tiles. Tried a tension rod in the window itself and it wouldn't stay as the subway tiles are not flat. Snagged some of this because we've used the clear one before. Fantastic. The Sun hits from that window in the afternoon, this noticeably lowered the temperature. Not too dark at all. It does limit your ability to see out that window but if something is moving you can see that just fine. It also throws a rainbow across the room when the sun hits. Stuck it in my daughters window as well as it's great for privacy.

I ordered the black. It definitely doesn't let sun light in. I used it on my sunroof inside my car. Very pretty. Good quality. It wasn't easy putting it up above my head by myself😂 but I got it. And I love it.

I used this to cover three sidelights by the front door for added privacy. I thought it was very easy to use and put in, but my windows were not very large. You can always remove or adjust the placement of the pieces. I would use again. Very pretty, as well, especially when light shines through.

I used this to cover a window and a wine refrigerator see-through glass door. When you measure this, it needs to be cut just a little bit smaller than the area you are putting it on so it adheres to the surface tightly without any edges curling up. Once you get your piece cut then it is a matter of applying it to the surface. The instructions advise using a spray bottle with water and a little dish soap. I washed my surfaces down first just to make sure there wasn’t anything that would cause the vinyl to bubble. I took a hand towel and folded it up so I could place it at the bottom of the project because the water will run once you spray the surface. There is a film on the back of the vinyl that needs to be peeled back and if you peel it down about halfway and placed the top on first, then start rubbing across and down the vinyl as you press it down the window. That way you can work the bubbles out as you go instead of having to come back and work them out. The back of the vinyl is a little sticky so if you leave part of the film on, it won’t get wet and Your fingers won’t remove the stick’em on the vinyl. I love how the sunlight comes through this film in the morning and creates rainbows.!!!

Easy to use and install. This is supposed to be a rainbow color there is very little color at all when the sun shines through. When purchased the description was confusing it comes clear and the light is supposed to provide the color. Will not buy again
