Measure the window surface (target surface) Step 2. Cut the film. Leave an extra inch is better Step 3. Clean the target surface thoroughly with much soapy water Step 5. Peel off transparent back film (Use 2 pieces of tape to stick to the corner and pull it apart) Step 6. Install the film onto the window Step 7. Use the squeegee to remove excess water and bubbles. (From top to bottom, from the middle to the sides) Step 8. Cut off the edge and enjoy your work

I am in loves with this color of blue. One of my favorite colors. I loves how the colors of blue make inside look like when it is sunny outside. It make me feel calm and relaxing but yes it is amazing , it does help to reduce the heat from outside. I lived at a mobile home so every summer it get too hot inside. I cant afford two AC running . My friends told me about this. I was skeptical at first. But I'm so blessed to ordered this. It's very easy to do. I enjoyed putting them up on my windows and I loves how it look from outside. Not a bad install for a first time experiment, going to order the Amazon install kit for my second go but it looks pretty darn cool from the neighborhood road looking up. We’ll leave this in place for a few weeks before we decide on doing some of the more prominent windows but for the additional water closet privacy my wife was requested this fits the bill. ... show more

The bright blue/ silver roll is well-made, arrived quickly and was well-packed. The colors were true, and when applied with plenty of water mist, it was fairly simple to get out the air pockets with the right tool. For privacy reasons, I just applied this to a north facing glass that's fairly shaded, so hopefully color retention lasts as long as the film does.
