Has a quality feel to it. Easy to lift out your baked goods. I find this size is what most recipes call for. It is the equivalent of an 8 x 8 inch dish. There are other rectangular pans that are wider, but fewer recipes for the wider pans. So this pan fits most recipes. Final presentation will be spectacular.
