the first day i received this baking pans of 2 i used them the first night.i choose the black they where $3.00 cheaper/ and i like the shiny black pans for serving at the table. i am a good baker so i do not always follow a recipe. i made simple home made bread pudding the way my grand mother taught me grease with butter the pan add some milk to a bowl add some Watkins baking vanilla add some Watkins cinnamon and a dash of salt 1 use two eggs it makes it spongy break up some bread about 6 to 8 piece does not need to be fresh. i like my bread pudding made with day old bread. but i had non so i used fresh. place bread in greased pan mix eggs and all other ingredients in the bowl pour over bread.bake 45 minutes at 350 the pans are good for two people or just the right size for one with left overs. i looked for pans with handles these are the best i seen easy to remove from the oven and place on set table.i am now going to buy the small boxes of jiffy mix for corn bread, pumpkin bread, banana bread and blueberry those small package are perfect for these pans. price for 2 pans under 30.00 dollars ... show more
