  • Good product
The media could not be loaded. Seems to be decent material and construction not really as loud in person as it is in video

  • OK but vibrations with the shot
The media could not be loaded. So, the product itself seems to be as advertised. Only issue that keeps this from being a great product is the vibration. If you slow down the attached video you can tell how much it vibrates. You would be able to film a deer walk up but when shot you wouldn’t be able to see the arrow or deer for a few seconds once the vibration settles. ... show more

  • RATING METRICS make NO SENSE; Camera holder faces WRONG WAY for FORCES INVOLVED !
FACT: When you release a bowstring, there is a massive IMPULSE (short-duration force) going FORWARD, NOT backward! This means the entire camera-holding mechanism is FACING THE WRONG WAY :-( Every time I shot my 60# recurve bow, the top of my camera would be nearly pulled OUT of the clamp :-( .... Also, the spring-loaded hold couldn't POSSIBLY work on any bow heavier than say 40#, so I've NO idea how it made it through actual field-testing with HUNTING compound bows... TEMP SOLUTION? BEND the top of the C-shaped clamp DOWN at a small (10 deg?) angle, so it can do a better job of RESISTING the force described above... But since I've BENT it now I can't return it :-( Lesson learned, but it's NOT on my bow any more :-| ... -Mark in North Aurora, IL ... show more

  • Solid product, sort of an impossible purpose.
Video was useless from vibrations with a phone case. Seemed to be less vibration without the phone case, but still. I think it is what it is, and a phone is going to vibrate from the force of a bow every time. Honestly though the selfie angle of me shooting was cooler than the arrow angle. The clamp is too tough to mess with in the moment so be sure to set it up first thing in the stand, I shot a deer and didn’t have it set up so no footage of that yet. Also, naturally the bow falls when you shoot (or should if you shoot well) so it’s kind of impossible to maintain video of your target, even just target shooting. Be awesome to watch a hunt, but it’s too much to think about so I’ll just press record and hope for the best. Not something I want to think about drawing back on an animal ... show more

  • Good product, I would recommend
Overall I like this product and would recommend. What I don’t like is it’s spring loaded and getting my phone in position is a little difficult. I haven’t hunted with it yet , only practice shots in the back yard . I have a iPhone X . The vibration from the shot temporarily blurs video, but that’s not the mounts fault. Also after about 10 shots the phone shifts slightly, but I won’t be making 10 shots in the woods. Looking forward to see how the video turns out while shooting a deer. ... show more

  • Pretty cool
This thing holds my Google Pixel 3 "which is huge" as long as I take it out of the case. It seems to be the perfect angle and everything, I really like it. The one big issue is that if your phone isn't in it, and you shoot your bow, that thing will wake up the neighbors! It will rattle like a 84 caprice classic with 4 12's in it. Anyway, just take it off or put your phone in it as intended and problem solved. ... show more
