Made my first ever tart the day after I received it, a tomato tart, and it came out way beyond my expectations. I just made a 2/3 recipe of my pie crust and watched YouTube. This tart pan is beautiful and you can see and feel the quality. People should understand that China is a first rate industrial nation, the biggest economy in the world. They build to spec and Mora is obviously ordering a high quality spec, so you get a product as well made as any in the world that isn't rock bottom priced but still less expensive than a comparable product made in the West. ... show more
