I ordered this umbrella for my deck to provide shade and some weather protection while grilling. It does the job nicely and looks great! The mechanism and construction are solid. It rotates smoothly through the entire 360°. It was very easy to assemble, and the accessories (weights and cover) fit perfectly. The umbrella fabric is extremely water repellent. I highly recommend the Navy colored umbrella. It looks excellent in a back yard with a lot of green. I had two issues, though. First, the umbrella isn't 100% waterproof without a modification. The seams need to be sealed. The fabric itself beads water like a duck. But in heavy rain, the seams leak a bit. This can be fixed with simple seam sealing like you would use on camping equipment, except perhaps at the Velcro seam, but I'm going to experiment. This isn't enough to knock off a star for me since it does everything else so well. But the following is why I titled the review "Customer service!" and gave it a five star review. My first umbrella was defective. It arrived with a bunch of unsightly stains on the beige fabric. They couldn't be cleaned off and truly made the product an eyesore. Also, the opening mechanism would hang up when trying to open the umbrella and I couldn't get it to open without painstakingly sorting the ribs and repeatedly jostling the assembly while cranking it open. So I wrote to customer service and provided pictures of the issue. Within a few hours, Abby H. responded to my above complaint about the defective umbrella and offered to replace it for me. I had mentioned in the original email that the beige umbrella's stains made me think I should have chosen the Navy umbrella instead. Abby apologized and said simply and plainly, without any back and forth, that she would immediately have another umbrella sent out, Navy colored if I would like, and I wouldn't have to struggle with returning it to the company due to the bulky size. I sent her back my address, and I had a perfect Navy umbrella in my hands in about a week. I quickly swapped it with the defective one (only two machine screws), and it works flawlessly!     • Quality Umbrella. Don't waste time with cheaper knockoffs

As a person who has ordered and used one of those cheaper 10ft offset umbrellas ( I speak of the ones that are essentially all the same sketchy design with different manufacturer names like Aoxun, JEAREY, Bumblr, Greesum, Sunnyglade, etc. You'll see them on amazon), I feel like I can give you a useful comparison between those and the WikiWki 2021 offset umbrella. The WikiWiki umbrella was a **significant and superior upgrade** in BOTH design and quality to those cheaper ones I mentioned above. The parts are solid and sturdy. The material quality is thick and as seems to resist any fast fading (I got the Navy color). The umbrella ACTUALLY rotates 360 (using the foot pedal) unlike others that claim they rotate but don't really. The action of raising/lowering and tilting the WikiWiki umbrella is easy, effortless, and super smooth. You can immediately feel the quality in their mechanism. It really can be angled close to a vertical position, too. Although I have had the umbrella up in a moderate breeze, I haven't seen how well it holds up in a stiff wind. I'm not talking hurricane winds now, just the occasional Colorado short gusts that come up with no warning. I am VERY happy with this umbrella and it was well worth the extra $$ over cheaper models. Also, BE SURE YOU BUY A BASE with your umbrella, otherwise it will fall over pretty easily as these types of umbrellas do. ... show more

Excellent product, heavy duty would buy again. However, below is my reason for a 4 star rating. Upon receipt, discovered several parts missing, contacted customer support immediately on August 19. Recieved prompt reply from Customer Support (Livia) that she would take care of it. Shipping label created August 21, again reasonable time lapse. Received item on September 4, 15 days later with one item still missing. The time in transit may not be the fault of the supplier and the missing item was a tool which I didn't need. I was highly please with the responsiveness of Livia in their customer support. My 4 star rating is based on the shipping interval and still having a missing part. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This piece of garbage snapped in half with a less than 10mph wind. I checked the weld points where it snapped and they are a joke! I’m surprised it could stand on its own with the cheap weld job. Don’t waste your money on this.

Beautiful and sturdy. We chose the 10' WikiWiki cantilever umbrella for our small patio. It is extremely sturdy (we used the weighted base). I am under 5 ft tall, and I have no problem opening/closing/adjusting this umbrella. All parts are sturdy, the fabric is strong, and is was very easy to put together. This umbrella tilts and swivels easily, so we can adjust it as the sun moves in the sky. I must note that the customer service for WikiWiki is phenomenal. I emailed a question on Sunday evening, and a reply was in my box Monday morning. There is also a text option. Fabulous! These cantilever umbrella can cost thousands, this one is an EXCELLENT value for your dollar. I would also recommend the heavy base, unless you will bolt it in. ... show more

Love the 10' umbrella. Covers a large area of our deck. The color (red) isn't as vibrant as we were hoping, but we still love it as a pop of color.
