La adquirimos con la expectativa de utilizarla para imprimir sobre superficies de concreto en nuestros proyectos, pero tras apenas 10 usos, dejó de funcionar sin razón aparente. Desde el inicio, la impresora mostró un rendimiento inconsistente. La calidad de la impresión no era uniforme y, en ocasiones, la tinta no se adhería correctamente al concreto. Sin embargo, lo más frustrante fue que, de repente, la impresora simplemente dejó de imprimir. Hemos seguido todas las instrucciones de mantenimiento y uso al pie de la letra, por lo que este fallo es completamente inesperado y inaceptable. Considerando el alto costo del dispositivo, esperábamos una durabilidad y rendimiento mucho mayores. Nos sentimos profundamente decepcionados y estamos solicitando una devolución inmediata del producto. No recomendaríamos esta impresora a otras empresas que necesiten una solución fiable para impresión sobre concreto. ... show more
