Got this for my mother-in-law, who wanted to ride with us but was worried about falling or being able to keep up. It requires some assembly and some parts of the instructions weren't very clear, but if you've got a decent level of mechanical ability you should be able to get it put together. There is a learning curve to riding an assisted bike, but the controls are intuitive enough for her to understand and she's enjoying it enough that she sometimes goes out on her own without us. One slightly odd choice, there's a nice bright light for riding at night, but only reflectors on the back. I'm sure it was a budget decision and it's not difficult or expensive to get battery powered bike tail lights, but with the big battery powering everything else, it's a bit strange having to think about a separate battery for those. ... show more

Performance is excellent for what I want to use it for 15 mph it perfect for me After assembly had to make some regulatory adjustments for rubbing finders and rear brakes but over a good deal I bought 2 The assembly instructions could use some help especially on the diverted assembly and post Adjustments. It would be nice to get all the parts dad some parts missing. But thats being resolved It works better than expected ... show more

It takes a little bit to assemble it, but it works great. Got it for my brother who can't drive a car anymore after an accident. So for him having independence again is everything. He is not a little man either, and the bike has no problem pulling him.

This definitely takes some work to put together and one of the nuts sent was not correct. It needs to be open for a wire to go through and sent closed nuts. Have contacted the seller with no response. Also, when putting the chain together you may want to have one of the special tools to take off the magic connector because if you put it on wrong you are screwed! ... show more

Likes: Reasonable price; good customer service ( thank you Iris and Ava! for speedy wheel replacement), good looking trike; easy pedaling; trike and battery arrived the same day - no delays; feels like plenty of power, goes as fast as we want to go. Dislikes: Loose screws, bolts and nuts in box; trike box is big , heavy and awkward to handle; wiring on front wheel with motor was damaged and required a replacement sent from China factory that took two weeks; minor scratches on trike frame with no touch-up paint available. Comments: Trike wasn't too difficult to assemble. Plan on a few hours. All tools needed are included, but having your own wrenches, screw driver and hex and torx screw drivers could speed the assembly. A Youtube video is available that helps, only slight difficulty was routing the chain through the derailer. My wife loves the trike and feels safer on it than on her bicycle. ... show more

Love this bike. Got it for my 70 year old father. Works excellent. I am 240 lbs and I can get around easily. Have your own tools and 3 to 5 hours to assemble. Instructions are good pared with u tube video. Basic bike knowledge helps. Well worth the money

Very nice bike. Assembly took a few hours. Instructions included with the bike were a bit lacking, so go to U-tube for assembly instructions. Also, had a minor issue and contacted seller and they responded right away and fixed the issue. A+++ on customer support.
