Its usefull no dought but not prime shipping available so it will take longer than advertised. The buttons are quite loud with no way to silence them and the dial to move the bolts is cheap plastic. I think the dial will breack over time but so far no issues and ive used it alot. The safe is big with lots of room and you can get an extra inch of hight by removing the thick piece of foam at the bottom that is great for protection. The shelf is ok but will probably bend with to much weight. I ended up cutting it in half and sticking them together for strength plus i needed the hight more. Overall i am happy with my purchase but think it was a little exspensive for what i receved. ... show more

Amazon shipped this box inside a box. Oops, the outside box was somewhat destroyed at delivery but the product box survived untouched. The safe was very well packed including solid plastic corners keeping everything intact. Instructions could be figured out and the device opened, AA batteries inserted and programmed. The manufacturer allows the combination to be 3 to 8 numbers. Wow, choices. Although massive screws were included, I chose to use my smaller screws to mount in a closet cabinet. I spent quite a few hours trying my best to use this safe but I just could not set the combination no matter what I did. I watched videos on the specific product and watched the Amazon videos. I read the book it came with but it was definitely missing information. My wife, who is Spanish and reads Spanish fluently, confirmed that the Spanish directions did not match the English directions. So, I tried to set the combination on several occasions over more than a week while it just sat in my bedroom. I was wondering if I should just keep it and use the key but then I spent a nice amount of money for this safe so why should I not have full use of it. Finally, I gave up and returned it. I got a new safe from a different company and I was able to set the combination right away just by reading the instructions. I will never buy any products from this company again and I hope I can steer people away from this safe if possible. It's not worth the aggravation. ... show more
