The safe was very well packed including solid plastic corners keeping everything intact. Instructions could be figured out and the device opened, AA batteries inserted and programmed. The manufacturer allows the combination to be 3 to 8 numbers. Wow, choices. Although massive screws were included, I chose to use my smaller screws to mount in a closet cabinet. Good size for holding basic items. Easy to use and nice feature of being able to be opened with another set of batteries if installed batteries die. Not actually fireproofed and not large enough for my needs.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this in May and was very pleased with the functionality and ease of use. Unfortunately, within less than 2 months, there was a problem with the electronic keypad. I changed the batteries and followed all the instructions given for troubleshooting, but the keypad was still malfunctioning. I initially had no luck reaching the manufacturer, but was finally successful. They responded to my email. I had included a video of the problem I was having and they were able to diagnose it as an issue with the safe’s keyboard, and they are sending me a replacement safe. And (without me asking) they decided to refund my original purchase. I would have been completely satisfied with a replacement part, but a new safe and a refund is above and beyond. I’d feel confident purchasing products from Wasjoye in the future. ... show more

Received defective item with its door hammered inside the safe, impossible to get back out, with multiple dents around it, as if it was hit with the hammer multiple times. Absolutely 0 quality control from the company, now have to waste time returning this piece of damaged metal. UPDATE: RECEIVED DEFECTIVE ITEM TWICE First two pictures is the first item, and the last three pictures is the replacement I received for the first defect - unable to be opened by following instruction, the door is jammed and wouldn't open, also it seems to be bent along with uneven gaps on the right and bottom sides. *trigger warning* My teenager had some escalating mental health issues and had an attempted overdose. I need easy access to their daily meds, but without the risk of them being in danger. This lock box is PERFECT. I especially love that the fingerprint access is so easy, and means I don't have to keep track of a key.
