I love how company this is. It works great, after a two hour session it will automatically shut off which is fine because it feels hot and you can tell it needs a break so I appreciate the reminder. Bought this walking pad to lose weight while at work. Since I have a sit and Stand desk, this walking pad works great. Easy to start and stop as expected and folds away nicely when not in use. Although, its quite heavy at 60lbs, but the wheels make it a bit easier to move. I guess if you're trying to lose weight, the 60lbs is a good little workout. First of all, I'm sure most of us were thinking of having this walking pad (A1 Pro) to use while working. This walking pad is considerably loud. If you're thinking of having a work call while walking, forget it. Maybe if you use noise cancelling headphones but I don't want to HAVE to use headphones every time I'm on the walking pad. Additionally, it has a very loud humming noise that comes on after 2 minutes of using. After a lot of research, I found out that this is the internal fan to cool the digital display which makes the overall noise even louder. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, their customer support is really bad and takes them 2 days to reply every time you confirm that you did what they asked to do which didn't help (on top of all issues above, the belt was skipping a lot and never managed to get it to work properly). The unit is already packaged back and will be returned tomorrow. I got another walking pad from a different brand which costs literally half the price and it's so much better quality. ... show more

On Auto mode it just goes max speed. If I fail to keep up with the maximum speed it just shuts off. Absolutely terrible
