I bought this dryer in January. I really like it, but the high speed has quit working so I only have one speed now. I wrote to the seller and explained I’ve only had the dryer 10 months and asked if it had a warranty. I received a response back within a day. They asked for my address and are sending me a new one. This is an awesome blow-dryer. I love the color and sheen of the dryer. I don't really use the attachments but there are a plenty. I think it is too bulky for travel. It's not what I consider lightweight, but it is manageable in weight. I've had no issues with it other than it does cut off on me in the middle of drying which I think is a receptacle/fuse issue that I need to remedy. It is not the dryer's fault. It is actually doing what it is supposed to do for fire prevention or some other safety issue. It does a great job styling my hair. This dryer would be a five star if it weren’t for the placement of the buttons. It’s hard to hold because the buttons are too close together and there’s no where to put your thumb. I accidentally change the heat or speed because the buttons are in the way of holding the dryer. My fingers keep hitting the buttons. Other than that, the dryer is really good. It’s nice looking, seems to be well made. Drys your hair quicker and doesn’t get as overheated like other dryers so you don’t feel like you’re sweating while trying to dry your hair.
