  • It works and quickly! Pretty amazing!
Color: Hair Dryer
I have thick, wavy to curly hair. You will be amazed at how easy it is to have the hair go up the tube and come out stick straight. It is heavy when you are drying your hair, but not bad or a deal breaker. I can't see traveling with it easily; perhaps if you are on a road trip but not an airplane. It cuts drying time in half. Your hair is smooth and silky. It does make it stick straight, so if you like volume and some bouncy wave, it won't do that. You can use a curling iron after, but to me, the point is less heat and heat damage. There is some learning curve with this unit. It can make your ends look a bit dry. I called the company and they were extremely helpful and explained some things to do that have now greatly improved my results. I'm definitely getting the hang of it and really love it! ... show more

  • Amazing - Worth the cost
Color: Hair Dryer
This is the best product made since the microwave. I thought the videos seem too good to be true and were probably just paid influencers but this product is as great as it seems. It used to take me an hour to dry my hair, and now I get it done within 10 minutes. It is big, and heavy, so as soon as they can get a smaller or portable size for travel I’m buying that model. Some reviews talk about it being noisy but it’s no more noisy than a blow dryer. Regardless of the size or the noise it works beautifully - from tip to root. And that’s what matters. The only drawback is that I cannot put products on my hair until after I dry my hair because I don’t want them to be sucked off my hair into the machine. The good news is I need far less protective product sinceI have less breakage using this machine than a traditional brush and blow dryer. I know it’s expensive, but it’s worth every penny. ... show more

  • An actual game changer
Color: Hair Dryer
I've been on the fence for years, but finally pulled the plug after trying a relative's. I absolutely love it!! Yes, it's loud. Yes, the nozzle is heavy and takes some getting used to. But this thing is a huge time, stress, and hair health saver. If you're one of those people that could never quite get the hang of blowdrying your own hair, it's 100% worth it. ... show more

  • It's an appliance but worth the investment
Color: Hair Dryer
I bought this because I have natural 4b hair that takes a long time to dry so trying to stretch it can cause damage with a regular blow dryer. My hair could stand another 2 inches to get the most out of the RevAir but here is what I can tell you: PROS 1. It works as described. Straighten or stretch, it works and with less heat. 2. There are helpful instructions that really came in use for hair of different weight and textures so you choose the appropriate settings for the desired outcomes. 3. Yes, it saves time. 4. Reduced breakage CONS 1. It is pricey, but I can see this being the primary drying appliance and may also reduce the need flat ironing for us natural hair ladies. It's an investment appliance. 2. It's heavy and it takes up space. 3. While it works on short naturals, you'll get better results if your hair has some extra length. ... show more

  • A Godsend for Kids w/ Tender Heads
Color: Hair Dryer
After a couple of years of eyeing this product on YouTube videos, I finally decided to break down and purchase the RevAir to test out on my 6yo who has long, thick, coily/kinky hair. What drew me to this drying device is its ability to quickly dry and stretch the hair at the same time without excessive heat and passes. As my son typically hates wash day due to being tender-headed, I'd been on the hunt and had previously invested money into another dryer that I thought would help ease tension during the drying process (the brush dryer). Needless to say, after receiving and testing the RevAir on my son's hair yesterday, I've officially found our hair-drying device! During yesterday's hair-drying process, my son made not one sound nor flinched. Actually, he commented that he loved this hair dryer and even after I'd finished drying his entire head, he asked if I could do it again. The ReAir was effortless in smoothing and drying his hair while retaining adequate moisture on the lowest heat settings. And because of how easily it smoothed and dried his hair, the styling process was a breeze for me to complete. I feel the RevAir is definitely worth the investment, especially for us curly/coily/kinky girls/guys looking for a hair-drying tool that dries the hair quickly with minimal heat while smoothing all at once. ... show more

  • My arm is tired.
Color: Hair Dryer
The media could not be loaded. I’m giving it 1 star because this thing is very very big and bulky. It’s a heavy object to have holding over your head for 20 minutes. It does dry the roots which is a good thing but the hair isn’t as smooth or straight as advertised. It also takes about the same time to dry. Even though there were 3 heat and power options, your going to use the highest for both which really just puts it in the average range for both heat and power. I would have liked to be at a level 5 with some room to increase the intensity but at it’s max it’s just as strong as a regular blow dryer. If I kept this thing I’d have to find a huge box or bag to store it in. It has a long hose so storing it under my bathroom sink won’t work nor can I put it in a draw. This is a $100 product with all its shortcomings. Great idea but needs so much work to make it useful for most people to use and enjoy. I guess it would work better if someone else was using it on you. But then the storage problem. Overall… I’m returning it. ... show more

  • I think it's worth the money.
Color: Hair Dryer
Honestly, I spend so much time blow drying my hair and straightening it. Yesterday, I got my new revair and instead of taking 2 hours to do my hair, it was mostly straight by using the revair. I used the highest setting for drying and it sped the time up. If your hair is brittle, the low setting is good too. It'll just take a little more time, but still I would've still been done doing my own hair in about 55 minutes with level 0, but since I did level 3, I was done in 35 minutes. I'm happy. The only issue is that this is bulky. I don't know where to put it. I'll figure it out, but I'm keeping it and it's mine. 💗 ... show more
