First impressions: Well built. Good lumbar support. Not difficult at all to assemble. The seat is a double edged sword for me. Reason being is that it has pretty comfortable padding but the seat length is about 3 inches from reaching the backside crease of my knees. Feels a bit short. It's not quite a deal breaker, but if it were any shorter in length I would probably send it back. For reference, I'm 6 feet tall and pant inseam is 32 inches. I also purchased the lifelong brand of those roller skate wheels instead of the plastic ones this chair comes packaged with. All in all, 4 stars. If the seat was longer, definitely 5. ... show more

The delivery was quick, even if I ordered during the Christmas Holidays. Assembly took about 30 minutes as I took my time without rushing. The instruction booklet (in English and German) was easy to follow, although there's been a little mix up with pages so steps 4 and 5 show the German pages and to find the English pages you have to go to the German section. Not a big deal. The chair is sturdy and comfortable. It effortlessly swivels left and right and all around. Height can be adjusted as well as the height of the armrests. The chair reclines and the reclining can be blocked in upright or reclined position thanks to the same lever that controls the height. The lumbar support is very good and so is the headrest (which can be omitted if anyone prefers not having it). I like that I can recline this chair and enjoy a video on my HD computer screen. I picked the gray color, which is really a very pleasant ash gray bordering towards baby blue. All in all this is a very comfortable chair and a good value for its price. Very sturdy, made for big guys. The metal wheel base is sturdy and has good design for weight distribution. The arm base is tight but the adjustable arms are a bit wobbly. Look nice and comfortable. Quality is good for the price . There are sharp edges on the bottom legs ( see pictures) so be careful where to put your toes at . I used some sand paper to smooth them out!! I also let the seller know and they issued some credit back!! Over all it got the look and feel that I like . The only con I can think of, is that there isn't enough cushioning for the back; however, you can feel that it keeps the back straight and has a healthy set up for the back, especially if you're using the chair for multiple consecutive hours...
