When I received the product it worked as advertised, upon my 4th useage mid way into to a job, it stopped producing steam. I thought the well was empty, no still half full. Waited about 30 minutes refilled unit, light came on waited about10 minutes, but no steam. Repeated process still no joy! I wrote (email, no number) to the customer service department about the problem and inquired what they will do to make things right as pertaining to repair or replacement. I had the unit less than a year! I heard only silence from them! I would not recommend this product, there is no support or recourse a purchaser has to be made whole. I guess I can use Vilucks attachment as backup for my new one maybe? Amazon needs to better about tracking vendors who do not stand behind their product and the vendors should be required to have a operation phone number to address such issues! My recommendation! Follow-up: The company contacted me after I wrote the review of the product, for the sake of the 5-star rating; I have been inundated with emails to change the one-star to 5. Since they sent me a replacement, which would be the normal action of a company whose product failed and told me the one they sent was approved by their team quality team as good, so what about all the other produce? Are they checked by this cracked team of quality too? I told them I was going to write a follow-up after I used it 4 times, which I thought was fair since the other failed at 4 uses. My experience has not been good with the email onslaught from their service department to change the star rating, too bad they were not as active with the email I sent. Nice compact-size steam cleaner! My kids spill food on my nice dining chairs (see attached photo) and I bought this steam cleaner to clean the fabric. I also plan to use it in my car to clean the seats and carpet. - The steam cleaner is a nice compact size - It heats up quickly (there is a light indicator showing when the cleaner is ready) - It comes with several different attachments and even a flexible attachment that can be used in tight spaces like a car for cleaning the carpets and seats - It holds about 400ml of water, which is plenty to provide enough steam for cleaning a lot of things. - The power cord is sufficiently long - When you're done cleaning, be sure to let it cool down completely before opening the water chamber, or hold the button down to release all of the steam before opening the water chamber.
