I needed a steam cleaner for many projects and decided to go with this one. It had all the proper attachments and came with easy instructions. “Just add water” and turn it on, wait for the green light and start steaming. It comes with a shoulder strap and has a handle for easy carrying. Easy setup! My first project was crayon and markings on walls and cabinets. This worked REALLY WELL and took the markings right off with an easy wipe of a towel. What else could I try this on?…I started to try it on my stainless steel appliances and other areas and it worked excellent. I tried it on the carpet, furniture, bathroom, just about anything you normally wash and it worked and performed perfectly. The heat from the steam was just right for the jobs. The cable is long, it’s light in weight, ultimately saves time cleaning. I tried the window squeegee and it worked good as well. The only extra item I needed was a shop towel to wipe the water/moisture away. This is my go to cleaning device for those hard jobs. I’m pleased with my purchase. Everything you’ll need is included. This is a great quality product, lots of steam, good value. Works great cleaning without chemicals. I’ve used this in my bathroom and looking forward to trying it outside. It came with all the attachments and was fast to heat up. The only issue is the small plastic brush bristles will melt. I saw them starting to morph so I did short bursts of steam in order to save the life of them. The directions say the fill capacity is 1100mL but I believe it's a little less. It comes with a fill cup at 400mL max. So I filled it to 300mL 3 times too equal a total of 900mL so that I would be safe. It over flowed. Now, I cleaned up the mess ensuring no water was anywhere else. Make sure you screw the cap on extra tight but not to brake! I chose the small head attachment and attached the small plastic brush to that. I plugged it in and flipped the switch on. It took about 5 minutes to heat up and then the light turned green. Now, since the tank was over filled the nozzle sprayed out a lot of water. But after that it worked properly. I feel it is powerful. On the handle there is a dial you can turn to min or max or in between. I had it on minimum at first then turned it up a little. I used it on my couch and after scrubbing spoiled areas, I wiped it with a white rag. So many dark stains came out. I was so happy and amazed. The photos are from after the couch dried the next morning. That was to make sure I got a precise picture since the couch was darker when damp. The price is lower now, so they raised their price by about $25 for prime day so don't wait until a sales day to purchase. I would buy now. It's a great little machine. Oh. And I used distilled water so there wouldn't be calcification build up and clogs. I would absolutely recommend this product even after only using one attachment. Now I know it will work in my shower and kitchen floors! The couch was the only thing I was concerned since it's delicate material. So, I recommend. It's small and won't be in the way. Easy to use. Just use short bursts of steam with the plastic brushes so they don't melt. ... show more

I am impressed with this multipurpose steam cleaner. It's small, but it really packs a punch. Build quality: Very good. Attachments: Plentiful and well designed. Results: Excellent 👍 I have used this steam cleaner in the bathroom; kitchen and living room. It efficiently blasts off surface grease/grime and soap residue. It even removes mold on grout and tile. It does a fantastic job of cleaning the runners for my sliding glass door. It cleans windows, counters, stoves and floors. After the first couple of passes, the only thing that has withstood the heated blast, is built-up water scales from heavy calcification. I'll have to try something else to loosen that nasty stuff. The base unit is pretty small. It has a nice handle, but I use the strap to put over my shoulder, which allows me to reach ceilings, walls and high shelves. I highly recommend this product.
