I got this because I want to become a stronger swimmer, get stronger leg muscles. This works, but seems to be more suited for a child. The board itself seems fine. An ok texture to it in order to grip. The black one fades very quickly though. It’s been used outdoors so far. Quite bulky so not for a child. The buoyancy level is high so again not for children as it would keep them too high out of the water in my opinion. Great for adults though.
