Every once in a while I will get an under-voltage error, but a quick restart seems to fix it. The holding tank takes exactly a 2-liter bottle of soda. Don't bother with slushy mixes, just use your favorite soda as long as it has sugar in it. Sugar free drinks will not work. This has been the best summer time purchase! Of the 100s of things I’ve purchased on Amazon, this is my FIRST product review. The worst POS your money can buy. I was excited to receive it earlier than expected. It was going to be a great addition to the New Years celebration. Took it out of the box, metal shavings fell out. Deciphered the horrible instructions to get it operating. Mixed up strawberry slushy, poured it in, initially it looked promising, flakes were forming the mixture was thickening. It got to a slurry state and that’s where it stayed, never reaching the frozen drink/slushy phase. And you have to pay return shipping. Thanks Amazon, I think prime is about to go away. ... show more

Getting product support is horrible. You call the help center that is in California, but all they do is take your call to create a service ticket. They can’t help with any issues. After a ticket is created you can only communicate via email. So you will be ask one question, after you answer it you have to wait a day for a reply because the tech support is overseas and they are not operational during the day time in the us. It will take about a week or so to figure out an issue with this process. I had to do my own research online to try and figure the issue I was having. Unless you have dealt with a slushy machine before, I wouldn’t recommend this product for a first time user. My issue was it was not freezing the liquid to turn it to slush. I hade to add water to the mixture to get it right. Once again I am a first time user and I didn’t know this. The direction that come with the unit is horrible written. This product worked great the few times we used it. However now after we've had it a while one of the bowls where it is GLUED TOGETHER cracked and broke and one of the gaskets started leaking so I contacted the seller to ask if I could buy a new bowl and some new gaskets. They advised me that they do not sell or offer ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS! Their only solution is to buy a whole new unit! Why would anyone buy something that is not supported for $1,000?!? NO SUPPORT FROM THIS SELLER! DO NOT BUY THEIR STUFF!!! You've been warned! ... show more

I bought this to make frozen margaritas. Part of the description stated “daiquiris “ so it was misleading. I tried to call the customer support number and never got through to anyone. I finally went to the Vevor website and found out you can’t put alcohol in this machine. You can however make frozen alcoholic drinks in the much larger machine. It is VERY difficult to remove the bowl and even harder to put it back on. After 6 hours I emptied the margarita mix and was able to make cherry slushies!that were very good ... show more
