Following a long drawn out on-line troubleshooting process with the Vevor support people the problem was determined to be a defective throttle plug socket. This was to replace a high end scooter that had a long, rough life. Being disabled, this was is my only outlet to our production garden. Let me say this scooter is fast....very, very fast. I could have a lot of fun with this in the city or an urban park. However, it still manages the uneven terrain of our farm like a champ. Where it does fall short (for my needs) is that is has a very large turning radius, making it very hard if not impossible in tight spaces such as garden beds. I received the scooter wrapped like Fort Knox (two hours and extra hardware to get out of the steel enclosure). BUT, it didn't have the hardware for the back box, didn't have a charger, didn't include the owner's manual, didn't include a warranty, and didn't include the initial instruction for set up. AND, the company has yet to respond to my concerns about all these issues. It won't start, so there is no initial charge to move it. I had to push it into a safe space, to WAIT FOR THE CHARGER. What company charges this much for a scooter and doesn't give you ALL THAT YOU NEED TO CHARGE and RUN the machine. And then doesn't respond to the email messages about these concerns for four days now. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Only sorry I couldn't give NO STARS. ... show more
