This heats well and evenly. The only complaint I have, and unfortunately it's a big one, is that the bottom of this machine does not slide out to help place shirts. So you have to swing the top all the way to the back and then the power cord gets in the way. I am not sending it back but if I had it to do over I'd get one that slides out. ... show more

Got this as a perfect gift for someone. They finally got to use it and it makes a loud buzzing sound when turned on. Almost like a fan rubbing against something. It was past 30 days so we haven’t returned it. It works well just loud.
