So far so good! The instal was really easy and not too much fuss. No holes needed in your door (for the renters) and it fastens pretty securely from what we could tell. I love the way it looks and the ease of the app. ThDidn’t know I had to purchase something else to be able to work it remotely. The awesome price comes with the caveat that you have to spend another $30+ to be able to go fully remote. So that’s the reason for I didn’t give 5 stars. Other than that, I think it’s awesome. I was very in a bad break up situation and had a crazy ex girl of mines and needed to change my locks fast. So I came a across this product and was skeptical at first because I never heard of this brand but I was very shocked on how simple it was to set up and I must say this device is a steal. If works perfect. The app is very useful. Only thing that might be an issue is that you can’t unlock it from ur phone when you’re away from your house but I’m still Learning this app so I could be wrong but other than that, great product ... show more

this lock replaced another keypad lock that failed. If you follow the installation instructions, the lock is easy to install. With four ways to unlock the deadbolt, you shouldn't get locked out if the battery dies or you forget your code. The lock works amazing! My husband and I are very excited about this lock, we can open the lock remote for our cleaning and pet care ppl. We create a password for them and some family members. We still trying to figure out how to pair it with Alexa, but so far our happy door looks very sharp.

There are 4 ways to open this door, I love that. If the battery dies, I can use the key! I has a bit of trouble installing it, but my hands don't work as well as they used to. I think most people will get it done fairly easily.
