The pedal assist is pretty awesome but be ready, it kicks in right away. Comfortable, feels stable and all works as it should. Battery on both bikes arrived fully charged and ready to go. Super easy from box to road! Just be sure you want it because you will have to pay $200 to ship it back. One of the 2 I bought had 2 Left pedals instead of a Right and Left. It ended up being too big of a hassle to wait for the pedal I needed so I got some from Amazon. Worked perfect and was able to try these out tonight! Super fun to ride! I recently purchased the Veefa E-Bike after my daily commute became too much for a regular bicycle. I have to say, this ebike has completely changed my commuting experience for the better. Right out of the box, the E-Bike was easy to assemble by following the included instructions. The design is sleek and modern looking - it doesn't scream "electric bike" which I really appreciated. Getting it set up and charged was a breeze. The real joy is riding this thing. The pedal assist provides a generous boost to help you get up to speed and make it up hills with ease. I was amazed at how powerful the assist is while still maintaining a smooth acceleration. There are multiple assist levels to choose from as well depending on how much boost you need. What I like just as much as the assist is having a throttle override. This allows you to get going without pedaling at all if you choose. It's great for starts and stops around town. The throttle is very responsive. With both pedal assist and throttle, I've been able to nearly double my regular biking speed on my 10 mile daily commute. It makes us much less sweaty and tired when I arrive after battling wind and hills. Also, its foldable and portable design makes it very easy to store and carry. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the Veefa E-Bike's performance, design, and value. It has truly made my commute something I look forward to rather than something I just have to tolerate. Have over hundred miles each now with no problems assembly was a breeze unfold, install pedals check air in tires and your done. One of the strongest and nicest looking out there. Weight is very manageable even with battery. If you remove it even better. Battery life has been great. Had some dealings with customer support which I believe they are over seas and they have always responded in a timely manner. Had a seat problem and they replaced it. The ride is great and plenty fast for us. Wanted folding and light weight for around town and camping trips. Great purchase ... show more

I tried to find an affordable e bike. I purchased two of these bikes on Amazon prime day and the bike looked nice, however, when It arrived it was scratched on the frame and when I tried to use it for the first time, the gear shift bent and broke. I almost fell down on my face while riding the bike. I tried to reach out to customer service right away and told them I wanted to return both bikes because I didn’t feel safe ridding the other bike and they responded a couple of days later that I had to pay $70 shipping fee for the 2nd bike since that one didn’t have anything wrong with it. I asked to speak to a manger about the situation and it’s been 3 days now and I haven’t heard back from them. They also don’t have a phone number. Don’t purchase this bike. The parts are not made well and customer service is not responsive. ... show more

I love this bike, I got it today. I am a girl 5 foot tall I put it together all by myself a little heavy almost couldn’t put it in the back of my car lol the bike looks bigger in person lol I love the color teal. You can use it as a regular bike, you can use it with a little help like a booster or automatic it’s fantastic I couldn’t go too fast because I went to the trail with my 9 year old son but I will go alone one day to take advantage of the speed or go uphill. We had been looking at eBikes for sometime and came across these during Prime Day. The price was right for us to try them. We are very happy with the design and performance of these eBikes. We are both retired seniors and these will work great with our RV trips. The only two things we were concerned with is, you have to take the battery out to charge it and there is no operative tail light it has only a reflector.
