Update: So was contacted back and sent a video once the issue was figured out. To change from KM to MPH you need to turn the key on and press the brake to take it out of park. Then you hold down the throttle and pump the break 6 times slowly. Either while riding it or having the back tire up off the ground. This also resets the trip-ometer. Also the scooter does not have cruise controll for safety reasons I was told. Hopefully this will save a little hassle for the next person. Buyer Beware: First off, this is an incredible durable scooter. (I bought 3) Reason for the 3 stars is because of the LCD screen and not being able to switch back and forth from KM to MPH and also cannot reset trip meter, cruise control and other features. The manual is great but again does not specify anywhere on how work the LCD screen. The attached picture is all you get in the manual showing the features but no where does it show how to work it. There is simply a trick to all of this. I was told to bring the tire off the ground and turn off and on the key and then pull back the throttle and while the tire is spinning to also pump the brake 10 times in order to change the features, lol. Yea, that didn't work and doesn't sound correct at all. Customer service cannot figure this out suprisingly enough. It's been 3 weeks along with multiple phone calls with no success. I even did facetime with (Hank) the main customer service guy with no success. I feel abandoned at the moment as I was promised a phone call back many days ago and this is the second time I was forgoten about. Maybe they think I will just forget about it or something, lol? One scooter is stuck on MPH while the other is stuck on KM. It would be nice to reset the trip meter to know how far I have traveled. Cannot call China as I don't speak chinese, so it's simply up to 1 person to fix this which again is Hank. So needless to say I have an LCD screen that is not useful at all as all as I am not familiar with KM. Cruise control would be awesome if I could get this to work as going a long distance will be a bit of a hassle as you will have to continuously be holding the throttle down. I've wasted a lot of time on this and so I am just warning the next person whom is looking to purchase this item to save them the trouble. Again, outside of this issue the scooter is well built and is a lot of fun and seems as though it will last for a long time before any repairs need to be made. This ebike came "Mostly" assembled. One of the first things in the instructions were that YOU are not allowed to put it together. It says you need to take it to a professional bike shop to put it together. I've got experience and an engineering degree. I do agree with the instructions that you should have a pro put it together if you don't know how to use basic tools or follow instructions. I put it together in under an hour. A person without experience would easily take about 3-4 hours if at all. All in all, the package came pretty okay. Some pieces were bent. So I had to unbend them in such a way that the parts would fit. The tires also came mostly flat, for what I'm assuming shipping. So make sure you have a good tire pump Also, I didn't install the middle saddle at all as there's no way I'm riding anyone on this thing. It's stable for the most part, but that thing would barely fit a tiny child. All in all, I can go up to about 25 mph max. There's a cut-off on it that the moment you hit 25 mph that it stops giving you juice. I'd love to be able to bypass that, but I don't want to mess with the warranty. Pros: Strong, easy hills. Fast, 25mph when you need it. Long-lasting, 504 watt charge will have you riding for hours and hours. Care. It comes with a lot of nice tools AND a paint touch up kit. Cons: The extra small saddle in the middle is wasted space The seat is uncomfortable. Shipping. They bent the hell out of it. (not the fault of the seller, but make sure to check all the parts are sound before putting it together. Not easily modded as all the juicy parts are behind a warranty sticker All in all, this is one of the best ebikes I've tried both IRL and off the internet. Finally, please don't let the cons dissuade you. I'm slightly nitpicking here in most of those. ... show more

The display screen was cracked and broken!. We had to completely assemble the new display screen ourselves after waiting for a new one to be delivered as if we know anything about this kind of stuff which is why we bought this one. The tire was flat and shredded looking when it arrived and their response was to take it to the gas station and air it up....its so big and heavy it wouldn't even fit in my car so I had to go buy a pump! We paid extra for an orange one and received a black one which they at least threw a couple bucks our way for the mistake at the very least ....but not for the pump or having to fix the bike ourselves when it arrived broken!..The worst of all it doesn't go over 5 miles an hour!!!! It's very obvious we were sent a used one at this point. I'm so frustrated I can't get across town going this slow I just want my money back which sucks because it's a comfy bike and I like the baskets and bear seat etc πŸ₯Ί ... show more

Love the easy assemble. Ride's nice. A zippy little thing. Only dislike is the seat. It's not comfortable at all. I would love to see a nicer seat and a wider seat. But overall a good purchase.

I really like this bicycle. It’s easy to install, like 5 mins. The design is nice, e.g., two baskets, a secondary seat for your little one. Also the riding experience is awesome, fast and smooth, speeding up easily even at the uphills.
