UPDATED 4/2/24 It's been over a year and 300+ miles since I purchased my TTEbike 1000w Folding Electric Bike and I continue to be impressed with the durability and quality of this bike! I live in Arizona and have had the opportunity to use this bike in a variety of terrain conditions and I can attest to the fact that this bike is a beast that can handle whatever you throw at it. I do a decent amount of off-road bike rides and this bike can stand up to the punishment. I've had to tighten down a couple of bolts just due to the intense off-road conditions and should be checked regularly if you do any off-road riding. Other than that, the bike has been flawless! One upgrade I highly recommend (for those who do any off road riding) purchase some decent Tire liners to prevent flat tires. In the desert here in AZ it's almost unavoidable that you will get a flat tire due to a thorn, nail, etc. Avoid the aggravation and install tire liners to prevent punctures from occuring in the first place. I also purchased some self sealing tubes as well as an additional layer of protection. No hesitation in recommending this bike. It's legit! ORIGINAL REVIEW I had been looking for a while for an electric mountain bike and did some extensive research. I wanted a bike that was durable enough to take off road but could also fold and fit in the back of my SUV. I opted for this bike due to the performance and features and the reasonable price point. I am happy to say this bike fit the bill and I have not been disappointed. The bike arrived well packaged and required attachment of the pedals, handle bars, front wheel, rear rack and headlight. Easy to do if you have any familiarity with bikes. I did encounter an issue with the battery pack where the outside case had a defect. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and attentive the customer service team replied and responded to my issue and quickly sent a new replacement battery to me. I also had a few general questions about settings on the bike and received prompt replies to all my questions. If there was one area of improvement I would say the packaging instructions could be better and more detailed. As for performance of the bike, I have been really impressed. It’s a big beefy bike that has plenty of power and rides smooth on asphalt and handles the bumps of off road riding with ease. I rode 20 miles on my first ride and it was a breeze and very easy to operate. I am 5’10” and it fits me perfect but may be a little tall for someone shorter. If you’re looking for a solid folding electric mountain bike with good performance features at a reasonable price, I would highly recommend this bike. ... show more

I recently purchased the TT-Ebike, and overall, it’s been a fun ride! Here are my thoughts on the pros and cons: Pros: Very Fast: This bike can really pick up speed! It’s perfect for zipping around town. Good Acceleration: The acceleration is impressive, making it easy to merge into traffic or take off from a stoplight. Very Loud Horn: The horn is surprisingly loud, which is great for alerting pedestrians and other cyclists. Good Quality: The build quality feels solid, and it looks sleek and modern. Adjustable Settings: It has different power modes or adjustable settings, that can enhance the riding experience for different preferences. User-Friendly Digital Display: Looks very good quality and easy to read and use. Good Suspension: The suspension on this bike is very good I would say, but recently it has started to sound squeaky and creaks when I fold the bike to take out the battery and load it into my car. Foldable!!: The two main reasons why I got this bike is because of the speed and the fact that it folds allowing me to store it in the trunk of my minivan. Cons: Brakes Could Be Better: While the brakes work, they don’t inspire a lot of confidence. A bit more responsiveness would be appreciated. I took it to a bike shop to see if I could get the brakes tightened, but they said that the reason why it takes a while for the bike to come to a complete stop is because it's an 80 pound bike, which in all fairness does make sense. Heavy Light: The front light is quite heavy, and unfortunately, it broke the metal mount it came with. I tried using a sturdier metal mount and it seemed promising, but it also fell victim to the same fate as the original mount. Pedal Assist Requirement: To use the electric mode, you have to pedal a bit, which can be inconvenient if you want to just use the throttle from a full stop. This is in the mode where you can use both just throttle or pedal-assist. Battery Life: The battery life is decent but could definitely be improved for longer rides. Battery Performance: The max output is indeed 37 mph as listed in the description when at full power, but when the battery's life starts depleting it only reaches about 30 mph. In summary, the TT-Ebike is a fantastic option for those who want speed and good quality, but it does have a few areas that could use improvement. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase! ... show more
