I purchased the 3000 watt dual motor model and have used it for about a month. Assembly - instructions are not very detailed. But the bike is mostly assembled so not a major issue. I did have to email support for some pieces I couldn't identify. The fender brackets were bent and I had to correct them. Also the derailluer was very bent. I asked support for a new one but they insisted I could bend it back. I was able to straighten it out and it now works correctly but I was very concerned it would break. I don't like the pedals, feels flimsy, and plan on replacing them. I had to watch a video to understand how the bike is 'turned on' as there is nothing in the instructions about it. Both keys have to be in the 'on' position and you then press the "M" button for 3 seconds. This turns on/activates the LCD screen and allows use of the ebike features. Pro's - Good power/lots of torque, decent build quality, comfortable to ride. I haven't yet had to recharge so I can't evaluate the range. Good acceleration on single and better in dual motor mode. I'm really enjoying riding it. I found using it in the 'manual' mode allows easy use of the electric motors as needed. In this mode you can pedal as much as you want and use the motors as much as you want. I haven't yet had to transport it with a car/truck so I can't comment on its portability but is is heavy (81lbs) so lifting it might be an issue for some. IMO It feels much closer to riding a dirt bike than a bicycle. Wearing a bike helmet (at least) is recommended. In dual motor mode I could probably climb a tree. I'm satisfied with cost for the features it has. Con's - It is BIG/TALL. I am 5'8" with a 32" inseam. I can easily ride it but am on my tip toes when stopped. And it is HEAVY. The amazon description says its 61lbs. It is actually 71lbs without the battery and 81lbs with the battery. I find the default pedal assist mode to be useless. As soon as you start pedaling and twist the throttle the motor kicks in way too much 'boost' to be useful. But this 'boost' setting is adjustable...... Also there is a weird walking mode that is activated if you press the down arrow button for 3 seconds. The bike just takes off if you do this. Seems dangerous to me.... Instead I changed the setting to "manual' mode which allows full motor control with the handle throttle. MUCH easier to use. I can use as much or as little of the motor(s) as I need. Also this bike requires two DIFFERENT keys to operate. One for the battery on/off/lock and the other to turn it on via a right handlebar switch. Why didn't the OEM just make both keys the same? Or make it so you can activate the battery, remove the key and then use the same key for the handlebar switch. I purchased a quick release split keychain that allows me to connect the keys together when the bike is not in use. Otherwise I think it would be way too easy to loose one of the keys. Upgrades: Brakes- The stock cable disk brakes are not very good. I've upgraded both calipers to hydraulic Zoom HB-100 calipers(cheap to do), easy to install and the difference is night and day. I can actually lock the wheels now where before I couldn't. Highly recommended. Pedals- Way too much flex in the stock pedals. I've upgraded to CNC machined pedals(cheap upgrade also). Much better 'pedal' feel. Fenders- I might order bigger/longer fenders. The stock ones seem too short and alot of water gets splashed on me when riding in wet conditions. Tire liners - I ordered tire liners to help prevent flats. Front Shocks/Forks - I plan on upgrading them in the future with hydraulic or air forks. The stock ones are only springs and not very good at handling rough terrain or trails. But they are perfectly good for roads. ... show more

It has all the features that I was looking for in an e-bike. - The front and rear disc brakes are responsive. - It is foldable for easy transportation. - A 4-inch thick tire perfect for gravel and mountain riding and an LCD smart display that shows real-time information such as speed, mileage, and batter level. - It was a good buy since it was within my price range while it came with additional features (phone holder, rear rack, mudguards, reflectors, headlight, brake light, bell, etc.). - It came in a box but is excellently packaged, 90% assembled and includes all the necessary installation tools. - I must say that the installation manual and instructions are not as clear and complete as we want them to be. Good thing my husband has a mechanical background, and it was fairly easy for him to figure out. - The manufacturer recommends that the rider's height be between 5’7” - 6’7”. My husband is 5’ 9” and 180 lbs and is comfortable riding it with the seats at their lowest. I, however, am 5’ 1”, and as honest as I can be, do not have any comfort issues with the lowest seat height. It might take a little more effort to get in and out of the bike but not a deal breaker at all. The trick is to come in and out over the middle beams rather than over the seat, and on my first couple of pedals I hop onto the seat which I’m used to doing anyway. - I could easily walk it, lift half of it at a time, and stand it up from the ground without any struggle or strain. - My least favourite things about this bike are the key and battery placement. The key placement is right at the very bottom, you’ll almost have to crawl under to get it in. You’ll also have to fold the bike to take out the battery. Thankfully, it has a charging port on the bike itself so you really don’t have to take the battery out to charge it. Despite its affordable cost, this e-bike does not look cheap at all.
