It's okay, but nothing to write home about...

It is soft and comfortable - just not great. Pillows are very personal. I once had a $150 tempurpedic pillow that I LOVED. Eventually, all pillows need to be replaced, and I haven't been able to get myself to spend that much again. I am slowly starting to reconsider. I think this pillow is great for
the cost. It's just not as amazing as I had hoped. I can't quite get my neck in that perfect neutral alignment with this pillow. It is more elevated than it should be. Also of note: I have queen sized pillowcases and they are too small. Would I buy it again? probably not, but maybe....

I unwrapped the pillow and left it to air and rise for 24 hours. If I bought another, I might wait 48 hours before using it. There's a distinct chemical smell that does dissapte over time. I purchased this pillow after getting headaches and shoulder pain after sleeping on a foam pillow that over the years had gotten very soft. This pillow was as advertised, firm but comfortable. I have used it now for 10 days and really gotten use to the firmness but more importantly zero headaches and

Great small pillow for travel

Very comfortable travel pillow. Nice that the cover is removable and washable. We brought these with on a trip and they were small enough to fit in the car easily, but also large enough to use in the hotel. Much more comfortable than the pillows provided by the hotel. Pillow is also easy to roll up a

Good memory foam pillow. Would buy again.

Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase, I would purchase this pillow again, and I would recommend this pillow to anyone looking for a firm memory foam on the medium/tall height range. I do a lot of bodybuilding and need a Thicker height pillow because my shoulders are wider. For this purpose this pil
low let me down. Lots of people in the reviews states this pillow was too thick for them so I thought it would fit me fine but this pillow is probably an inch too thin to be ideal. I don't think there's really a pillow for my use case so I've decided to just stick with this pillow. I have no idea where the cooling part is. It does not seem any cooler than any other pillow I've used and I still wake up with the pillow sweaty. I noticed it immediately after taking this from the package and tried it without a pillowcase first and then with a pillow case second and neither scenario was cooler than any other pillow. I took 1 star off for the cooling.

This is the second travel pillow I've bought. The other I own holds shape and is firm but comfortable this one isn't firm. You will sink in quick. And not able to use for lumbar support either. Great pillow if you like soft pills

I do like how soft and easy to store this pillow is. For most ppl the size is fine, for me I wished it was a little bigger. I do realize if it was bigger then it wouldn't be able to be as compact. So overall this pillow was great.

The pillow arrived on schedule and my wife loves it

Soft, but not thick enough and hard to place back in bag

These are okay little camping pillows. The bag is a nice bonus, however it is difficult to roll the pillows up to get back into the bag. A huge warning for those who enjoy camping like we do, if you’re camping and it’s cold outside, when you take the pillows out of the bag, the pillows WILL NOT fluff
up for a very long time. We stayed at Yellowstone Nat. Park, and up in those mountains it get very cold. One night it got down to 28 degrees. They eventually fluffed up for us, but it took a very long time. Just a heads up.

I got this for my son last Christmas and he loves it. I was a little concerned when we first open the package because it was vacuum sealed with the air sucked out. I thought it was ruined but it just took a while to regain it's shape and he's been very happy with it.

Took about a month to break in. These are not "gel cool" like others I've had. It does keep you "cooler" if you're warm but don't expect a nice cold gel when flipping the pillow.
