Purchased two pairs of thick memory foam, new athletic shoes for the gym and running around. I was so surprised when I wore the first pair and within 2 hours my whole body felt REALLY fatigued. I purchased this and another comparably priced pair of insoles and I have to say they both work pretty good. The only reason I am not giving either pair of insoles a perfect 5-star is because they do not have them in a wide size, which does not make sense. They sit a little awkwardly in the shoe and if they were just a centimeter or so wider, the foundation would be much more stable in the shoe. Purchased for about $30 in May of 2024; for Women's size 7.5 athletic shoes. Did not need to cut to fit in the shoe. ... show more

I work at a job where I average over 8 miles walking and standing every day. My work boots are extremely uncomfortable, until I found these soles. They are Great! It's not 2.5 inches in height. It's actually about an inch only. The edges curve up to about 2 inches. It's more for aesthetics so they can make it seem like their sole is higher than others. It's fine for now. It seems to make my boots more tolerable to wear. But for the price I don't recommend buying these. ... show more

These insoles are far better than any I have boughten before! Immediately, I felt my feet were very supported! I have gone through many insoles in the past and they never felt as good as these, nor the same quality! I am going to be purchasing more.

I wore these in my work boots for the first time today and after half a work day my feet are hurting very bad. This is a poorly made product and makes my heel pain even worse. 0/10 would not recommend.
