Use these in place of the inserts that came in your shoes. You may have to trim them to size. It helps to relieve foot pain. I was able to stay on my feet longer. I recommend these. Worth the price.

I used these in my work boots Ariat workhogs, they fit good without trimming and what a difference from the original insoles! Much better support and the arch is great! I’m not quite 220 but thought I’d get them being close at 190 ish and couldn’t be happier!

I work on my feet for hours. Constantly. And I found the regular red version of these and love them 5/5 stars. Now I am a heavier guy so thought I'd see if the ones for heavier would be even better(last longer maybe?). Well my shoes are a bit tighter now and these are great for everything except my toes, the ends. I get the tingling. So I loosen my shoes and then my heel slides too much and blister there. So tape my heel and I'm good. So my take is that the red ones I had neither of these issues so best rated. These are still good but require more fussing to get them right. ... show more

I spend a lot of time on my feet and my work boots started giving me plantar fauciitis. I started using these and after a couple of months it went away. Worth the money and put them in all of my shoes. I weigh 380lbs and they last as long my boots do.

I have four pair of these that I can pull out and put in my other shoes. Whenever I get new shoes I pull the cheap flimsy sole liner that comes with them and put these in there. I wear a size twelve so I don’t have to cut them but they come with a guide to help you know where to cut them if you have a smaller shoe size. ... show more

Probably great for most people but not for me. Ended up needing specialty orthotics as these made blisters and callouses on my wide foot instep. More harm for me, personally, than good.
