I really like these insoles. You can put them in a cheap pair of shoes or sneakers and are instantly more comfortable. I've been recommending them to other people. I have been training for long walks and I have done up to 15 miles in one day. I couldn't do it without these. I will be buying more.

Good shoe insoles. I work retail and walk all day. I notice a big difference when I’m not wearing them. They help with my lower and middle back pain. The only con is that they’re not soft, but the support is there.

I needed some decent quality insoles for my works shoes, and these have done well. They're supportive and let me stay on my feet more comfortably. I had to trim them to fit my shoes, but that was easy to do and they didn't shred or peel apart like some cheaper ones do. Unless you've got something more severe going on with your feet, these will work wonders for those shoes that are no longer comfy but still look good on the outside. The only issue I have is that they creak a little from rubbing at the heels. Sticking something between the heel and insole solved the problem, but it was still annoying. I'd recommend these to most people, unless they're in dire need of strong support. These are nicely made, but I didn't find they had THAT much arch support. I also doubt they'd hold up against heavier people. However, if you're looking for something relatively inexpensive that'll still do the trick, these are a pretty good choice. ... show more

I brought three types of arch support Inserts for comparison. These did not make it and I returned them The Heel are is excellent, the arch is not as high as I wanted and the cushion the front flat of the foot was too-too thin.

These insoles turn, uncomfy feet breaking, "Safety shoes (hard toed awfulness)" into actually wearable shoes; the difference is night & day! These provide arch support & all over foot support. I'm 5'10" & hanging out around 200lbs, & for 10 hours a day, I'm standing upright & walking around, on hard concrete, etc at an, Amazon FC, & theses insoles have 1000% turned uncomfy (mandatory) shoes, into, "comfy," *cough* much much better! I've been wearing these insoles for over a year in all 8 pairs of my work shoes, & they're still going strong, being supportive, & preventing foot pain! I will only be buying this brand (the blue or red ones), as long as I have to wear these POS shoes. ... show more

I’m having Achilles heel problems and purchased these to help my Birkenstock clogs fit better, the toe area is quite roomy. These work perfectly! I’m now able to wear my clogs comfortably, very happy I purchased them. They have the perfect amount of support, and with nothing over my heel I’m not having any discomfort. I’ve used Superfeet insoles since 2015/2016 for my chronic bilateral posterior tibial tendinitis. They’re great, but they’re $60. I’m tired of paying that much, so I gave these a shot. I’m thrilled. I own three sets now. Nice, sturdy, rigid arch is perfect for me while trail running, hiking. I just put a pair in my work shoes, and I’m sure they’ll be great, too. I’ll keep buying these as long as they make them. I’ve only had the oldest pair a few months, so I don’t know about longevity, yet. ... show more
