  • Comfortable stroller
I bought this stroller for a friends child who is disabled. It is very comfortable for him. The folding feature with bag makes it convenient and easy to transport in their car.

  • Great stroller and fabulous customer service!
I bought this chair for my special needs daughter about 6 weeks ago after going back and forth with the Convaid. We just needed something for errands or school field trips, because even though she can walk, she gets tired very quickly. This chair is exactly what we needed. The weight isn’t bad at all, and it folds up so easily into my trunk. My daughter is 13.5 years old and weighs 120 lbs, and she’s very comfortable in this. I did have an issue where a bolt became loose and came off while unfolding the chair , and I contacted customer service and they replied to me within a few hours trying to help any way they can. Luckily my husband fixed it, but I am so impressed with how helpful they were. I will definitely be buying from this seller again, and I highly recommend! ... show more

  • Sturdy, pre-assembled, tilted seat is comfortable, and comes with carrying case
This is a substantial folding transport chair; the user cannot move themselves like a wheelchair. It comes almost fully assembled; I just had to slide the 2 front wheel assemblies in place and secure them with the supplied pin-like bars (with rings on the end so they can easily be grabbed). I thought the front wheels were not initially attached so the folded chair could fit in to the case but it fit easily even with the wheels attached. I am a larger than average man and I felt the chair was very stable and solid; to me the 250-pound capacity may be conservative (it’s pretty well-made). Much of the material is a heavy gauge mesh which is breathable and seems to be easy to clean. The seat is set up at an angle so the front is higher than the back. This ended up being a very comfortable seating position for me. I thought it might be a challenge getting out of the chair because of the angle but I had no trouble (however, note I am very able-bodied). It also came with a nice tote bag with zippers that came pre-attached to the back of the chair. The zippered carrying case for this transport chair is a somewhat heavy gauge canvas-like material. It has 2 strap handles and is sizable at about 50L x 15W x18H (at the highest point) in inches; the 50-inch length may be a challenge to put in smaller vehicles. The chair rolls and steers very well and has rear wheel brakes. The one item that raised questions for me is the 3-point connection for the seat belt. Two side belts and a third belt that comes up from the bottom snap in to the connection / release button. However, I had to press the release button with significant pressure to release the belts. I don’t know if this is intentional so the belts don’t release by accident or not, but if the button was not plastic, I would probably want to use some oil-like product to loosen the action up a bit. While this transport chair is listed for special needs teens and young adults, I am an older adult that is larger than average and I found this to be a very good product with a somewhat different design (the tilted seat) that worked very well for me. ... show more

  • Very Sturdy & Comfortable Special Needs Stroller
This stroller arrived quickly and well packaged. The box is quite large, but the strolled does come nearly completely assembled the only thing you really need to do is to attach the front wheels. The chair is heavy duty, emphasis on the heavy, so the person who will be loading it will need to be able to lift and maneuver 50lbs to be able to get it in/out of the vehicle. The material is durable yet allows for comfort and breathability while still being easy to clean. The seat is 17in wide and given the angle design it allows the rider to be cradled making travel more enjoyable. There is a 3 point safety belt that can and should be used to secure the rider, though it does take some hand strength to unbuckle and could be problematic for those who have weak hands. I do suggest fastening and unfastening it repeatedly prior to using on the rider just t gauge the position and strength required. This stroller has adjustable leg supports that can cater to growing riders and provide safe transportation. The stroller moves and maneuvers well even with a rider near the maximum weight capacity. It has rear locking breaks that allow the driver to secure the stroller from moving when the rider is getting in/out or if you are needing to be hands free for a moment and don’t need to worry about it rolling away. It comes with an accessory bag that attaches to the stroller making it convenient to keep necessities close by. The one thing that I appreciate most is the storage bag that allows you to safely store the stroller when it is not in use or if your traveling. This stroller folds down for storage, but even folded it still is 52” long and may not fit well length wise in all vehicles. That’s not to say you can’t make it fit, but you should definitely measure to make sure your vehicle can handle it. The price point for this is on the expensive side and may not fit into everyone’s financial budget when compared with a traditional wheelchair. Overall, this is a really nice heavy duty youth/young adult stroller that is surprisingly comfortable and easy to maneuver while being able to accommodate growth thus adding to the longevity of its usefulness. Would recommend. ... show more
