So for starters it came in 3 separate boxes with 2 deliveries.. one day apart.... and I’m super happy it came an over a week early! It did take my husband and I 4-5 hours but 2 of those the sun was going down so we struggled with no light.. our last one smashed into the house during a storm so the anchors this one have are great! Two months after we had purchased this product, one of the horizontal rings had bent. After contacting customer support they were very helpful and were able to get all the parts sent to me within a week and a half; they even provided additional netting and a newer and improved sprinkler system at no extra charge . A huge shot out to Luna, who was able to return emails very quickly and was one of the most friendly customer support individuals I’ve dealt with in years.     • Check Your Parts before Assembly

I have to say this has been the worst experience i have ever had setting up a trampoline. In the past 7 years we have had 4 of them and total setup time was 2 hours max. i have been working on this trampoline for two days. May of the items were damaged and the list is below. I feel like i had to be a certified black smith to shape the metal parts to fit together. Steel tube frame for springs - 3 were damaged. two look like the square holes where each end fits into itself were warped maybe from a drop or something landing on them. They would not fit together. I had to take a torch and a hammer to fix it. the last one had a dent on the top like someone hit with something hard. D-rings attached to the trampoline mat - 2 of the d rings were warped like they had been pulled apart. and were coming off the attached tabs on the mat. one could be fixed with a pair of pliers to crimp it back together. the other was twisted and i had to use one from the old trampoline as i did not trust the stress marks on it. All in all this is a disaster. Please look elsewhere as i think your money could be spent better on another trampoline. I would never buy from here again. This trampoline is awesome for the price. It took a couple hours to put together with 2 people, but it wasn’t really difficult at all. The instructions were clear and easy to read. The hardest part was the netting and not knowing how tight to tie it so we’re unable to zip it closed all the way, but that’s just user error. We’ll just have to redo it more loose at some point. Everything came in 2 shipments. The trampoline, netting, ladder, and basketball hoop came first. Then the lights, sprinkler and anchors came a few days later. The anchors definitely make the trampoline more sturdy and I also don’t have to worry about it blowing away during a bad storm. My kids are obsessed with this trampoline. We’ve had it for a few weeks now and they’ve been jumping and playing on it almost every single day since we put it up. The lights, basketball hoop, and sprinkler make it even more fun for them. I also appreciate that it came with a ladder and a storage pouch for shoes, toys. etc. This trampoline was a great purchase and I highly recommend it! ... show more

Arrived on time, all parts were accounted for, and assembly was as easy as it can be to put a trampoline together. Much easier to have two people to assemble. Seller conducted business as it should where most retailers fail.

So, we put this trampoline together pretty quick. And noticed the basketball hoop did not come with the basketball frame. So… have a frame, a pole, and a ball. But no hoop. I can’t find where to contact this company about that. Otherwise it’s been a sturdy awesome addition to our house.
