Got this a couple months ago and I have already put almost 300 miles on it. It's pretty good. I've noticed when the battery gets below half It's doesn't perform quite as good as when the battery is full, but that's not a deal breaker. The tires were ok. I rode them for about 125 miles before I bought some nice Crossroad Armadillo puncture proof tires with some puncture resilient tubes. Now it handles much better overall. The tires that came with it always felt squishy. There are maintenance videos on YouTube for this specific bike that show how to replace many components so check those out. Sometimes the chain pops off if I get a tiny bit of air. I'm not trying to ride that way but it happens sometimes and I have to stop and put the chain back on. I'm not a commuter but this bike would be great for light shopping and getting around locally, if no one steals it. I ride about 50 miles every other weekend and occasionally 5-10 miles a couple days during the week. The battery is decent. I mostly ride in pedal assist 1. I did change the top speed from 20 to 25mph. I get it up there occasionally using the throttle which works quite well. I love the addition of the light and horn and both work great. The gear Shifter isn't an issue either and works smoothly. It will probably replace the brake pads as I have already had to adjust them as the bike wasn't stopping as well. All in all, this is a great first ebike if you're willing to put a bit of money into it as you go. I'd definirely recommend a tire upgrade. ... show more

Easy to assemble it’s basically as advertised I haven’t rode it much yet but it does about 20 miles per hour. Only problem I had was a missing screw to install the light but I bout that from ace. Only rode it like 5 miles so battery is still basically full

The bike was sent with a bad/crooked weld in the forks so I couldn't use the front brakes at all. The brake caliper would not fit over the bad/crooked weld on the front forks. The battery kept getting very hot to touch. It was not fully charging. They offered me a new charger but I never received it. They sent me a free cup holder which I did not need. So now the bikeis not working and it doesn't run at all after 34 days 😒 I do not recommend this bike at all. Nothing but issues. Poor quality ... show more

Came packaged very well, directions were pretty easily understandable for a someone that doesn't have a engineering degree. Pretty good throttle response, and pedal assist mode has three modes. top speed is around 18-20mph in full e mode. Ride is pretty comfy although front braking is a little shaky, may just need some adjustment. All in all decent for the price . ... show more

First off 72 and 240....big guy! Right out of the box this bike impressed me! Actually, before then. Box was in perfect condition. After going through an ebike assembly (first one) I finally got to the the ,"launch point." Put on my silly looking helmet, ("I remember first time I got shot out of a cannon.") and got on. I was stunned! Owning over the course of my life a Harley, snowmobiles, jet skis, 12 boats, vet, 2 convertibles, etc. got off 7 miles later. Bike was everything I expected and more! 1. Price ...a steal, coupon/delivery 2. Power... penalty 3.Looks....very cool 4. Battery....10 miles, lost one bar. 5. Assembly....very easy Not a big reviewer by no means but after 10 miles zero problems! Highly recommend!!! ... show more

My husband bought me the white one for my birthday and he liked it so much, we bought a black one for him! We ride more occasionally so didn't make sense to pay thousands for an E bike we don't use enough. This price point still gave us good looking bike with plenty of power to go on leisurely trail bike rides with the family! Bike is heavier of course but I like the option to use manual when I want to get in some leg exercise and use the throttle on hills when I need a little help!:) Great purchase!! ... show more

3 popped tires later… replaced with ebike rated tires. Out of box goose neck was backwards(to fit in box?). 1st charge 23mph top speed. Now only 20! 45 mile distance is not happening! Maybe 20 if that. Would I buy it again? Not for that price Of $700
